Mike Tindall admits that England will be "under no illusions" when they face Scotland this weekend.

England centre Mike Tindall believes that the squad for their eagerly-anticipated match against Scotland shouldn't be put under "too much pressure".

The sides will go head to head this Saturday, with either team in danger of crashing out of the World Cup.

Despite Scotland needing an eight-point lead over Martin Johnson's side to knock them out of the competition, Tindall is confident that England can build on their "good record" over their opponents.

"The easiest way to approach it is not to put too much pressure on it," he told Sky Sports News. "Yeah, we know it's a big game, but yes, we've got a good record against Scotland in the past.

"We've just got to turn up as a team and do what we can do on the field, play as well as we can play.

"It's going to be tough, we're under no illusions about that, but we've just got to go out there and put in a performance."

The showdown will be at Eden Park in Auckland tomorrow (Saturday).
