Bath have signed Argentina international Eusebio Guinazu and former Scarlets player Mat Gilbert.

Guinazu, who will join his new team in a couple of weeks, has been given a contract until 2014, while Gilbert will remain at the Premiership club until the end of the season.

"Both Eusebio and Mat will be great additions to the squad we have here," said Bath head Gary Gold.

"Eusebio has a huge amount of experience which will be a great benefit to us, whilst Matt is a special young talent with a lot to offer the game.

"They are great guys, will fit in well, and we're looking forward to them joining us."

Guinazu covers both hooker and prop, while Gilbert features as a back-rower.
