Australia centre Christian Lealiifano has been ruled out of this weekend's Test match against New Zealand in Dunedin.
The 26-year-old made his debut against the British and Irish Lions in June and has gone on to play in all nine of the Wallabies' matches this year.
However, an ankle injury will prevent him from lining up against the All Blacks in the Bledisloe Cup, with Quade Cooper likely to stand in as his replacement against the country of his birth.
Meanwhile, Matt Toomua is expected to come in for injured flanker Scott Fardy.
