Mark Noble: 'Vital fixtures coming up'

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble describes the team's next two fixtures against Fulham and Crystal Palace as "vital".

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has described the team's next two fixtures as "vital" in their quest for the Premier League survival.

The Hammers, who are currently above the relegation zone on goal difference, take on fellow strugglers Fulham and Crystal Palace over the next two weeks.

Noble now wants his teammates to put their poor start to the season behind them and start picking up points.

"The next two games, against Fulham and Crystal Palace, are vital for us now and we have to stand up and be counted," he told the Evening Standard. "They will be tough but I'm looking forward to them."

West Ham have failed to win any of their last five matches in the Premier League.
