West Ham United and Everton have taken home a point apiece after playing out a 1-1 draw at Upton Park in the Premier League this afternoon.

Manuel Lanzini put the Hammers into the lead, but Romelu Lukaku scored his seventh in as many games against the London club to equalise.

Below, Sports Mole has given each player a rating out of 10 for their performances.

Goal

Adrian: The shot-stopper failed to stop Lukaku's strike from trickling into his net, but he seemed relatively comfortable when called upon. (7/10)

Defence

Carl Jenkinson: Struggled at times with the pace of Everton's players, and did not offer that much when going forward. (6/10)

James Tomkins: Made some important blocks and tackles in the closing stages of the first half to prevent Everton from finding a winning goal. (7/10)

Winston Reid: Missed the last three games but came on to replace the suspended James Collins. Looked solid at the back and came close to scoring the winner himself, but his header missed the target. (8/10)

Aaron Cresswell: Always looked to get forward and caused Everton trouble when on the attack. Ran out of ideas at times, but continued to be a threat. (7/10)

Midfield

Mark Noble: Managed to keep things ticking along when in possession, but was dominated by Gareth Barry and James McCarthy at times. (6/10)

Cheikhou Kouyate: Had a relatively quiet game, but helped his team defend when called upon. (6/10)

Victor Moses: Played as though he had something to prove after being hauled off at half time in the last game. Everton did not know how to handle him in the first half when he was on the attack. (8/10)

Manuel Lanzini: Scored a wonderful curling effort to nudge his side ahead and was involved in almost all of the attacking plays for the Hammers. (9/10)

Dimitri Payet: A fan favourite and endeared himself even more to the supporters by nutmegging Ross Barkley in the first half. Looked to be his influential self until he suffered an injury and had to be taken off early in the second half. (6/10)

Attack:

Andy Carroll: Working himself back into the team after a spell on the sidelines. Had some decent touches, but failed to make much of an impact. (5/10)

Substitutes

Enner Valencia: Changed the tempo after the game after a brief lull in the second half, but was stretchered off after picking up an ankle injury. (5/10)

Mauro Zarate: Showed quick feet and an intent to attack, but was sometimes too eager as he selfishly went for an ambitious 30-yard shot when he had options either side. (6/10)

Nikica Jelavic: Replaced Andy Carroll, but had offered little in attack for the hosts. (4/10)

Goal

Tim Howard: Been criticised for his performances lately and once again failed to keep a clean sheet. There was not much he could do to stop Lanzini's goal and he looked relatively comfortable when called upon. (7/10)

Defence

Brendan Galloway: Came on in place of injured Bryan Oviedo and managed to get involved in attacking plays, but sometimes struggled to cope with West Ham on the flanks. (6/10)

John Stones: The England international has had better games, but he still looked solid and made some decent tackles and blocks. (7/10)

Ramiro Funes Mori: Found himself in the opponent's box a few times as he tried to contribute to the attack. Bizarrely took on a 30-yard shot when he had much better options. (6/10)

Seamus Coleman: Reliable throughout the game, but as with Galloway, sometimes struggled to keep West Ham's wide men quiet. (6/10)

Midfield

Gareth Barry: Dominated the middle of the park and looked comfortable on the ball. Played in some decent through balls in an attempt to play in his attacking teammates. (7/10)

James McCarthy: Started well alongside Barry, but made a silly scissor tackle on Payet, which could have easily been a sending off. The midfielder escaped with a booking. (5/10)

Ross Barkley: Tried to impose himself many times when on the ball, but he struggled at times to break through West Ham's defence. Took all of Everton's free kicks, but did not come close to troubling Adrian. (6/10)

Attack

Gerard Deulofeu: Looked threatening whenever he was charging into the final third. Got an assist for Lukaku's goal with a perfect through ball. (8/10)

Arouna Kone: Failed to build on last weekend's hat-trick heroics as he got frustrated by West Ham's defence. Was eventually substituted in the second half. (6/10)

Romelu Lukaku: Scored his seventh goal in as many games against the Hammers and it was a well taken low drive. Showed his strength by holding up the ball and always looked threatening. (8/10)

Substitutes

Kevin Mirallas: The Belgian joined the attack in the second half, and while he had some good touches, he rarely troubled West Ham's defence. (6/10)

Aaron Lennon: Brough on for his pace in the second half and used it well, but not well enough to help change the scoreline. (6/10)
