West Bromwich Albion are reportedly keen to bring Besiktas striker Demba Ba back to the Premier League.
The former Newcastle United and Chelsea striker has been linked with a move to Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua, who have reportedly offered £10m.
However, Ba is thought to have told Besiktas that he wants to return to England.
Ba joined the Turkish side from Chelsea last summer and enjoyed a productive first season, scoring 23 goals in 39 appearances.
West Brom are prepared to make Ba their highest-paid player, according to the Birmingham Mail.
It has been suggested that the Senegalese frontman could demand a £70,000-per-week salary at The Hawthorns.
Ba has also played for West Ham United and Hoffenheim.
