West Bromwich Albion forward Salomon Rondon has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Cardiff City.
On Sunday afternoon, Neil Warnock's team sealed promotion to the Premier League and the Bluebirds already appear to be considering targets ahead of their return to the top flight.
According to the Daily Mail, the Welsh outfit plan to make an approach for Rondon, who has a relegation release clause of £16.5m in his contract.
West Brom are yet to lose their place in the top flight, but Cardiff are seemingly ready to make an approach regardless of where the Baggies end the season with an offer of £12m plus add-ons expected to be made during the summer.
Rondon - who has scored 24 goals in 107 top-flight outings for West Brom - has just over a year remaining on his contract.
