Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers plans to pile further misery on Blackburn manager Steve Kean when the two sides meet at Ewood Park on Saturday.

The Swans boss hailed his Rovers counterpart for the way he has conducted himself this season, but the Irishmen is targeting a first Premier League away win at Ewood Park.

"I think the way Steve has managed a difficult situation at Blackburn has been incredible," said Rodgers.

"He has been under a lot of pressure and it cannot have been easy for him, but he has dealt with it really well."

Swansea could move into the top half of the table with victory on Saturday afternoon.
