Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe believes that all the pressure is on Newcastle United's shoulders heading into this Sunday's Wear-Tyne derby.
While the Black Cats are fighting for survival, Defoe believes that the Magpies' failure to get anything out of their last four meetings will be in the back of their minds.
"I think the pressure's on them to win," The Chronicle quotes Defoe as saying.
"If you turn it around and they'd beaten us four times, we'd be going into this thinking if they beat us again, that's five games. I believe they have to come out and try to make something happen."
Sunderland are just one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League, while Newcastle reside nine points above in 12th.
