West Bromwich Albion have allegedly rejected a bid for winger James McClean from Stoke City.
The Baggies turned down an offer of £4m for the Republic of Ireland international, according to Birmingham Live.
New Stoke head coach Gary Rowett has attempted to sign McClean before, tabling a £6m bid for the midfielder while he was manager of Derby County.
West Brom are said to be seeking the same sum for McClean, but Stoke tabled a lower bid due to the player entering the final year of his contract.
Newly-promoted Premier League side Cardiff City have also been credited with an interest in the Irishman.
