Former Bayern Munich hitman Ivica Olic has revealed that he harbours a "dream" to play in the Premier League amid a reported offer from Stoke City.
The 34 year-old - now with Wolfsburg - is out of contract with the Bundesliga outfit in June.
Reports emanating from Germany had suggested that Potters boss Mark Hughes "leaned on" the veteran marksman to join up with him in the summer, a prospect which Olic admits interests him.
He told WAZ: "I can prolong in Wolfsburg for one more year, and would also have an option [for another year]. What the club has offered me is very okay. I am satisfied with that.
"I don't know if I will stay. As a young player my dream was to play in Premier League. The question never really came up after that. And now, at this age, I get offered the chance.
"To play against Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool one more time, that excites me."
The Croatia international has struck 84 times for Hamburg, Bayern and Wolfsburg throughout his six-year spell in Germany.
