Jack Butland has said that he wants to replace Asmir Begovic as Stoke City's first-choice goalkeeper after returning to the club following a loan spell with Derby County.
The England Under-21 international has had four loan stints since joining the Potters from Birmingham City two years ago, making just seven appearances for the club so far.
The 21-year-old told the Daily Mail: "I want to play games. Obviously I had a really good spell at Derby, but I've come back now.
"I am really going to try and put pressure on at Stoke and get into the side and get as many games as I can between now and the end of the season, ready for the [Euro 2015 Under-21 Championships]."
Butland has also had loan spells with Birmingham, Barnsley and Leeds United since moving to the Britannia Stadium.
