Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has said that Emmanuel Adebayor is "wasting away" at the club.
The striker, who has made just 43 appearances in the last two seasons, has not played for Mauricio Pochettino's side yet this campaign, but was unable to secure a move to West Ham United on transfer deadline day.
Redknapp, who signed Adebayor during his spell at White Hart Lane, told The Telegraph: "He needs to go and play somewhere, his career is wasting away."
Adebayor had also been linked with Aston Villa earlier in the summer.
