RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer would reportedly be open to a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 26-year-old played a starring role as Leipzig dumped Spurs out of the Champions League last season and has been tipped to move to Tottenham ever since.
Jose Mourinho's side are reportedly lining up a £45m swoop for Sabitzer, who is about to enter the final 18 months of his deal with Bundesliga high-flyers Leipzig.
According to Bild journalist Christian Falk, Tottenham are indeed hoping to convince Sabitzer to make the switch to North London, and the player is also keen to link up with Mourinho's crop.
Falk claims that Leipzig may not be able to offer Sabitzer the lucrative new deal he is after, with the midfielder currently pocketing £5.5m a year in Germany, and Nagelsmann's side could therefore be forced to sell in order to avoid losing him for nothing.
Sabitzer has scored three goals and set up three more for Leipzig in all competitions during the 2020-21 campaign.
