Leeds United have reportedly expressed their interest in signing Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie in January.
Marcelo Bielsa is looking to bolster his squad in the winter window as he currently has nine first-team players sidelined with injuries, including star midfielder Kalvin Phillips who could be out for up to two months.
According to The Sun, the Whites have identified McKennie as a potential target, though they would have to pay around £20m to persuade Juve to sell the USA international.
The report adds that a move to Elland Road may not appeal to the 23-year-old, due to their precarious position in the Premier League table, hovering five points above 18th-placed Burnley who have three games in hand.
McKennie has made 12 starts in all competitions this season, but is yet to have convinced head coach Massimiliano Allegri that he is worthy of a regular place in his first XI.
The former Schalke midfielder, who has also been linked with London duo Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United, still has just over three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract at the Juventus Stadium.
