Juventus ready to move for Roma playmaker Nicolo Zaniolo?

Roma playmaker Nicolo Zaniolo has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Juventus.

While Zaniolo has already established himself as a key man at Stadio Olimpico, the 20-year-old is currently sidelined with a serious knee injury.

However, with the Italy international in line to be fit for the early weeks of the next campaign, it appears that one of his club's biggest rivals are preparing an approach for his signature.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus may be willing to part with a fee in the region of £48m to secure the services of the prospect.

Although much will depend on Zaniolo's recovery from his ongoing injury problem, the top-flight champions regard him as a future addition.

Tottenham Hotspur have previously been linked with a move for the player, who has a contract until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
