Mauricio Pochettino asks for focus from Tottenham Hotspur

Mauricio Pochettino urges Tottenham Hotspur's players to be fully focused ahead of Saturday's match with Sunderland.

Mauricio Pochettino has warned his Tottenham Hotspur players against losing focus ahead of their meeting with Sunderland on Saturday afternoon.

Spurs are firm favourites to return to winning form against the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light, and Pochettino is eager to see his squad in top form following the international break.

"We have a tough game against Sunderland, a difficult team to play in a stadium with passionate supporters," the Argentine told the club's official website.

"The most important thing though is how we are and it's important for us to be ready, to be focused and to get a good result."

Spurs have picked up six points from their opening three games.
