Eric Dier has claimed that "no-one can match" Tottenham Hotspur and England full-backs Kyle Walker and Danny Rose when it comes to pure physicality.
The duo played a key part in the Three Lions' comfortable 3-0 victory over Scotland on Friday, while also helping club side Spurs to an unbeaten start in the Premier League.
Dier believes that Walker and Rose deserve all the plaudits aimed in their direction due to their work off the field, claiming that the pair are a level above all other opponents in the full-back department when it comes to combining defensive and attacking play.
"They are unbelievable physically, no-one can match them," he told Tottenham's official website. "They offer so much both defensively and offensively.
"I'm really happy for them and being involved in all three goals, that's great for them as well. They deserve it because they work so hard at Spurs to be at that level.
"They then show the same form in international football as well, which is great for Tottenham and England. I'm delighted for them, they were fantastic."
Walker has featured in 13 games for the Lilywhites this season, while Rose has been used eight times in all.
