Fulham are linked with a summer bid for Sheffield Wednesday forward Fernando Forestieri.

Fulham are reportedly keeping tabs on Sheffield Wednesday forward Fernando Forestieri.

According to the Daily Mail, the Premier League newcomers are ready to challenge Stoke City and Middlesbrough for the Argentine's signature.

Forestieri was a key figure for the Owls during the latter stages of last season, but spent much of the campaign out with a knee injury.

Wednesday face the possibility of losing several players this summer, with Boro also tipped to swoop for Barry Bannan.

Meanwhile, striker George Hirst has been linked with a move to Everton.
