Sheffield United manager David Weir has named new signing Marlon King in his starting lineup for the visit of Preston North End in League One.
The 33-year-old signed on with the Blades for the remainder of the season on Wednesday, but the veteran marksman has already been given a starting berth by Weir.
King will be partnered in attack by Febian Brandy, who returns to first-team duties after serving a three-game suspension.
The Scottish coach has also handed a debut to 25-year-old winger Ryan Hall, whom he brought to Bramall Lane on a one-month loan from Leeds United on Friday.
Meanwhile, Preston boss Simon Grayson has named an unchanged lineup to the team that beat Stevenage 3-0 last weekend, as the Lilywhites aim to pick up their first victory away to United since 1978.
Sheffield United: Long; Hill, McMahon, Collins, Doyle; Baxter, Cuvelier, Maguire, Hall; King, Brandy
