Tests have revealed that the injury suffered by Sevilla striker Kevin Gameiro at the weekend is 'not serious'.

It had been reported that the Frenchman could miss the next two weeks with a hamstring injury, which he picked up in Sevilla's defeat against Celta Vigo on Saturday.

However, the Spanish outfit have confirmed that their summer signing from Paris-Saint Germain has not suffered a tear in the muscle.

The injury is expected to keep him out of Thursday's Europa League clash with Slovan Liberec, but he should return for the league clash with Espanyol at the weekend.
