Reading midfielder Hal Robson-Kanu reveals his ambition to "play for a top-four club".

Reading midfielder Hal Robson-Kanu has admitted that he would find it difficult to reject a return to the Premier League this summer.

The 24-year-old was part of the Royals side that dropped out of the division last season, but it is understood that a host of top-flight clubs are keen to acquire the winger for the new campaign.

"Scoring seven goals, I ended up the highest-scoring midfielder in the Premier League in Reading's history, which was nice on a personal note," he told Sky Sports News.

"After coming through the academy it would be hard for me to leave, but in terms of my personal ambition I want to play in the Premier League. I want to play for a top-four club."

A host of first-team players are expected to leave the Madejski Stadium this summer.
