Rangers duo Kris Boyd and Bilel Mohsni have been issued with notices of complaint by the Scottish Football Association following their side's recent defeat to Hibernian.
Boyd is alleged to have committed violent conduct "by headbutting or attempting to headbutt an opposing player" during the match at Ibrox Stadium on September 29.
Meanwhile, Mohsni has also been accused of violent conduct for "striking or attempting to strike an opponent with his arm or hand".
Both players could be banned for two matches each if they are found guilty of the offences.
Boyd and Mohsni have until Thursday to respond to the complaints, with a principal disciplinary hearing due to take place on October 9.
