Former Queens Park Rangers coach Glenn Hoddle has claimed that the West London club could suffer successive relegations if they do not get things in order behind the scenes and on the pitch.
The R's were condemned to the Championship for the second time in three seasons after their 6-0 defeat by Manchester City on Sunday.
Hoddle told Sky Sports News: "There needs to be a revamp from the top of the club right the way through. They need to get hold of the reins pretty quickly.
"What I do not want to see for QPR is something where they find themselves in a financial problem, and they slip down again.
"And they've really got to work hard from top to bottom, work together and get a structure right. I think [director of football] Les Ferdinand has a big say in that."
Although QPR filed accounts in March showing a loss of £9.8m during their last season in the Football League, that figure was reached by writing off loans of £60m – a move that might not be permitted under Financial Fair Play regulations.
