QPR midfielder Esteban Granero insists that he does not want to leave the Premier League strugglers in the summer.

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Esteban Granero has insisted that he does not want to leave the Premier League strugglers at the end of the season.

The Spaniard, who has recently been linked with a move to Fiorentina, joined the R's from Real Madrid in the summer for around £9m.

"I came here to spend four years here and that is still the case," Granero told the London Evening Standard.

"I'm not the kind of player who wants to leave when things are going wrong. I was able to leave in the January transfer window and I didn't even think about it."

Granero has scored one goal in 22 appearances for QPR this season.
