Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva has claimed that his team have the potential to make the Champions League final this season.
The French champions further strengthened their squad with the signing of Angel di Maria in the summer, in addition to keeping the likes of Edinson Cavani.
PSG have fallen in the knockout stage of the European Cup in the last few seasons, but Silva has said that his side should be aiming for the final this time around.
"When I look at our team here on the ground, I imagine many things and especially the final of the Champions League," the 30-year-old told Telefoot.
PSG, who lost to eventual winners Barcelona in the quarter-finals last season, open their Champions League group campaign at home to Swedish side Malmo on Tuesday.
