Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman will be hoping that his team can continue their recent impressive form when they face Rotherham United on Wednesday night.
The East Midlands outfit still sit eight points adrift of the playoffs, but six wins and two draws from Freedman's opening nine contests have given cause for renewed optimism at the City Ground.
The club have also had to contend with the serious injury to top goalscorer Britt Assombalonga, but despite his absence, Forest have scored 16 goals in seven fixtures.
After Saturday's goalless draw at Leeds United, Freedman is likely to name an unchanged lineup on Wednesday as they look to keep in touch with the teams chasing a playoff spot at the end of the season.
Rotherham go into the game six points clear of the relegation zone but boss Steve Evans will want a response after losing to rivals Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
The Millers only succumbed to two first-half free kicks from Jermaine Pennant but Evans will be conscious of the recent heavy away defeats to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Watford respectively.
Evans will be aware that, with Wigan having improved their chances of safety in terms of points and goal difference, they need to find a way of securing a positive result on their travels.
Winger Adam Hammill could be drafted into the side after making an appearance as a substitute at the weekend.
