Fabrizio Miccoli is not fit enough to start for Palermo against Napoli, who have Edinson Cavani in attack alongside Goran Pandev.

Fabrizio Miccoli has been left on the Palermo bench for their Serie A clash against Napoli in Naples this afternoon.

The Italian forward has been struggling with injuries of late and has regained his fitness only for the bench.

Paulo Dybala has also been left out of the Rosanero starting lineup, which has Franco Brienza and Igor Budan in attack.

Edinson Cavani, who is looking to score his 100th Serie A goal today, starts for Napoli; Lorenzo Insigne and his younger brother Roberto both are on the bench for Walter Mazzarri's side.

Napoli: De Sanctis; Campagnaro, Britos, Gamberini; Maggio, Behrami, Inler, Zuniga; Hamsik; Pandev, Cavani

Palermo: Ujkani; Von Bergen, Aronica, Garcia; Morganella, Anselmo, Barreto, Arevalo Rios, Dossena; Brienza, Budan
