Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik has said that he is happy at the Stadio San Paolo and is confident the team can achieve better than their second-placed finish this season.
The 25-year-old joined the club in 2007 following three years at Brescia and has made himself a key asset, playing a major role in last year's Coppa Italia glory.
The Slovakian international is continually linked with moves elsewhere, but he has reiterated his desire to stay where he is.
"I was 19 when I arrived here," he told FIFA.com. "Nobody knew who I was, but Napoli didn't hesitate to give me a chance.
"For six seasons we've developed together, Napoli and me. We can still climb even higher. I'm comfortable here and I'd like to continue to grow with Napoli."
Partenopei are now under the management of Rafael Benitez following Walter Mazarri's departure.
