Napoli's Rafael Benitez staying grounded

Napoli coach Rafael Benitez says that it is "too early" to judge his team despite three wins out of three at the start of the Serie A season.

Napoli coach Rafael Benitez has warned the Partenopei fans not to get carried away with their 100% start to the Serie A season.

Last season's runners-up sit top of the table after recording their third victory of the season by beating Atalanta BC 2-0 at the Stadio San Paolo last night.

"I am very satisfied, as we won and also rotated the squad to preserve energy," Benitez told Sky Sport Italia.

"The key to this team is the cohesion of the group. The fans must always stay this close to us, as their support is fundamental. We're top of the table, but we should stay calm, as it's still early to judge."

Napoli travel to the San Siro to face AC Milan next Sunday.
