Club captain Paul Robinson will undergo a late fitness test after picking up an ankle injury in the Lions' 4-1 defeat to Hull City.

Jack Smith is struggling with a thigh strain, while Tamika Mkandawire has only just returned from a knee injury.

John Marquis and Liam Feeney are both long-term absentees.

Andrew Crofts is back in contention for a place in Gus Poyet's starting lineup after overcoming a hamstring problem.

Vicente (ankle) and Will Hoskins (foot) will both sit out.
