Victor Valdes will not be joining Besiktas after the Manchester United goalkeeper pulled out of a proposed transfer, a new report claims.
A source close to Valdes told the BBC that the Turkish side attempted to alter the terms of an agreed deal with the Spain international, who has now backed out of a move to Istanbul as a result.
Valdes joined United in January 2015, six months after seeing his contract at Barcelona expire.
The 33-year-old has made two appearances for the Red Devils, but was told earlier this summer that he does not have a future at the club by manager Louis van Gaal.
