Roma have reportedly come to an agreement with West Ham United over a deal for Gianluca Scamacca.

The report claims that the Italian outfit are preparing to sign the forward on loan for £4m, while there will be a £19m option to buy if he plays a certain number of matches for the club next season and helps them to qualify for the Champions League.
