Manchester United will reportedly double Cesc Fabregas's wages if he agrees to leave Barcelona and move to Old Trafford this summer.

Manchester United will reportedly offer Cesc Fabregas the chance to double his wages if he quits Barcelona for Old Trafford.

Reports emerged today that United have increased their original bid for the Spanish international from £25m to £30m.

According to The Mirror, they will also offer the 26-year-old £200,000-per-week salary, twice what he currently earns at Barca.

Fabregas reportedly would like to stay at the club, but will have no qualms about joining United if a bid is accepted.

He still has three years to go on his current deal at Camp Nou, and if Barca do decide to sell, then Fabregas's former club Arsenal have a £25m buy-back option on him.

Fabregas has scored 26 goals in 69 appearances since joining Barca in 2011.
