Bruno Fernandes's proposed new deal at Manchester United would reportedly see the Portuguese playmaker pocket £240,000 per week at Old Trafford.
The 27-year-old is not due to become a free agent until the summer of 2025 but is understood to be on the verge of penning a new five-year contract with Ralf Rangnick's side.
Fernandes has largely struggled to show his best form this term but still has nine goals and 14 assists to show from 37 matches in all competitions, with 15 of those contributions coming in 27 Premier League matches.
According to Marca, Fernandes's new deal is worth a staggering £240k per week, but the former Sporting Lisbon man will still not be among the five-highest paid players at the club.
Cristiano Ronaldo is understood to pocket £480k per week at Old Trafford, while David de Gea, Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane and Paul Pogba complete the top five.
Fernandes has amassed a total of 49 goals and 39 assists in 117 games for the Red Devils since his January 2020 arrival.
