Manchester United join race for Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?

Manchester United are reportedly ready to join Barcelona in the race to sign Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Manchester United are reportedly contemplating an approach for Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang during the next transfer window.

Despite being regarded as a key man at the Emirates Stadium, Aubameyang has less than 16 months remaining on his contract.

The Gunners are said to have accepted that the Gabon international is likely to move on later in 2020, leading to interest from Barcelona.

However, according to The Sun, United are also considering a bid for the 30-year-old as they look to strengthen their options in the final third.

Since moving to North London in January 2018, the versatile attacker has contributed 49 goals from 75 appearances in the Premier League.

The report suggests that Arsenal will likely look to receive in the region of £50m.
