Leicester City defender Harry Maguire has reportedly opted against trying to force through a transfer to Manchester United.
Maguire starred for England during their run through to the World Cup semi-finals, and the centre-back is now a target for United boss Jose Mourinho.
The 25-year-old is allegedly keen on a switch to Old Trafford, but according to The Mirror, the player will not try to instigate a switch this summer.
Leicester have maintained their stance that they will not be tempted into selling their star asset due to having already parted ways with Riyad Mahrez ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
United are said to be prepared to pay in the region of £75m for the Sheffield United academy graduate, but it appears that last year's top-flight runners-up will have to turn their attention to other targets.
