Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz reportedly favours a move to Real Madrid despite being aware that Manchester United and Liverpool both want to sign him.
The Germany international scored 20 times for Leverkusen during the 2018-19 campaign, while he has struck three goals in 15 appearances for his Bundesliga club this season.
Both United and Liverpool have been linked with a move for the 20-year-old, and it was recently reported that the Red Devils were confident of pulling off a deal for the versatile attacker.
However, according to El Desmarque, Havertz would prefer to move to the Bernabeu having already held discussions with the Spanish giants over a summer deal.
The youngster recently opened the door to a move away from the BayArena, suggesting that he would seek pastures new at the end of the current season.
Madrid could prioritise a swoop for Havertz amid suggestions that long-term target Paul Pogba wants to return to Juventus.
