With the three relegation spots wrapped up, seventh place sorted and the top-four battle effectively over - more on that a little later - there is no doubt that the main focus of today's games is on the title race.
One of Man City or Liverpool face missing out on the title with a record amount of points for a runner-up. Heading into their trip to Brighton, City's fate is in their own hands as they know that a 14th league win in a row will ensure they finish top of the pile in successive seasons.
Liverpool face the tougher of the two fixtures when comparing their home match against Wolves, who have made a habit of taking points off big-six sides this term, with City's trip to lowly Brighton.
The Reds have momentum on their side thanks to their incredible comeback win against Barcelona in midweek; all they can do now is beat Wanderers and just hope that Brighton pull off a big upset by holding the Citizens.
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola: "I am so happy. No nerves at all. I was nervous before the Liverpool game [on January 3], seven points behind and we could be 10 points behind. It was 'Aah', it will be so difficult. But I'm not nervous now, no way. I sleep like a little boy.
"It is a dream, a privilege. I love it. The whole of England will be watching, probably Europe. It is in our hands now. We have to deserve to win the game. The players know it. It is not necessary to tell them. Most of the time we played after Liverpool, but it didn't matter."
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: "The difference between City, us and other teams, who are for sure quality-wise not worse, is consistency. That's why we have the points we have. If you lose one game so far, it's exceptional, and City didn't draw many obviously.
"But it's about becoming champions, not collecting 500 points. If next year somebody is champion with 65 or 70 points, it's deserved and it will have been a difficult season in another manner. This year, we have to win each game to have a chance. I don't know if that will happen a lot more."

Liverpool show two a couple of changes from their 4-0 win over Barcelona on Tuesday night as Wijnaldum and Salah return in place of Milner and Shaqiri. There is still no Firmino for the Reds but they showed against Barca in midweek that they can cope without their key men.
STARTING XI: Ederson; Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Zinchenko; David Silva, Gundogan, Bernardo Silva; Mahrez, Aguero, Sterling
SUBS: Muric, Danilo, Stones, De Bruyne, Sane, Otamendi, Jesus
Just the one change for Man City, as Guardiola replaces Foden with Mahrez. That change will see Bernardo Silva drop into a midfield three alongside namesake David and makeshift holding midfielder Gundogan. Sane is joined on the bench by the returning De Bruyne.
There is not a great deal to play for at the King Power Stadium on the face of it, as Leicester can no longer finish in seventh - which may be enough for a Europa League spot - and Chelsea are assured of a top-four finish.
There is some interesting team news from the East Midlands, though, as Hazard is named on the bench for the visitors. Sarri may already have one eye on the upcoming Europa League final clash with Arsenal.
Three points for Chelsea will be enough to hold off Tottenham for a third-place finish, which has to be considered a decent return for Sarri in an up-and-down campaign.
The destiny of the title has been decided on the final day in six previous Premier League seasons, with the champions finishing just a single point clear on four occasions - and even closer one year.
The narrowest margin was on that incredible afternoon in May 2012, when Roberto Mancini's Man City side scored twice in injury time to beat Queens Park Rangers 3-2 to win the title on goal difference.
This season is the first time a runner-up would have collected 90 points or more during the modern era - the previous record being 89 by Man United in 2011-12.
Guardiola's last four titles have been won by a margin of at least 10 points, but this season is the joint-closest race he has ever been involved in - only one of his previous seven league title wins decided on the final day.
In 2010, Guardiola's Barcelona side led Real Madrid by one point going into the final day - they went on to win 4-0 at home to Real Valladolid, while Manuel Pellegrini's Madrid could only draw at Malaga.

Tottenham have been on a dreadful run of form domestically, winning just three of their last 11 games and losing seven of those.
Despite that, though, they are three points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal - the only side able to catch them in the final Champions League spot - and boast a better goal difference of +8.
That means Spurs will be assured of a place in UEFA's showpiece competition if they avoid a heavy defeat at home to the Toffees, who have looked better of late but are still some way short of being realistic top-six contenders next season.
Last weekend's 1-1 home draw with Brighton effectively ended Arsenal's hopes of overhauling Tottenham, meaning that the Gunners will have to win the Europa League if they want to compete in the Champions League next season.
It says it all about Emery's priorities over the next few weeks that the likes of Ozil, Sokratis and Torreira have all been left out for the trip to Turf Moor.
Nacho Monreal captains the Gunners and 19-year-old midfielder Joe Willock makes his first start of the season.
For what it is worth, Burnley can climb one place into 14th if results go their way today.

The best United can hope for today is victory against already-relegated Cardiff and Arsenal to slip up at Burnley. If that happens, the Red Devils will finish fifth - not sixth, where they currently sit.
It has been a terrible campaign for United; one that marginally improved when Solskjaer took over from Mourinho in December but then reverted to what has become the norm.
The big team news from Old Trafford is that Mason Greenwood becomes the youngest player to start a Premier League game for United at 17 years and 223 days.
Brighton vs. Man City: Brighton have performed admirably against the likes of Spurs and Arsenal in recent weeks, but we think that it will be one-way traffic in City's favour this weekend. The Seagulls may keep City out during the early stages of the contest, but expect the visitors to run riot if they can find a breakthrough. 0-3.
Burnley vs. Arsenal: Burnley will certainly be the fresher of the two teams having not played since last Friday. Arsenal's excellent record against the Clarets cannot be ignored, though, and we fancy a low-scoring draw. 1-1.
Leicester vs. Chelsea: Leicester were excellent in their last home game against Arsenal, and we fancy the Foxes to collect all three points against a Chelsea side that have already booked their spot in the top four. 1-2.
Liverpool vs. Wolves: Liverpool may find it difficult to raise their game given their exploits earlier this week, but Klopp's men should still have enough in the tank to see off a Wolves outfit who could struggle to perform at their usual high level. 3-1.
Man United vs. Cardiff: United and Solskjaer may be prepared to field some of their younger players, but we still feel that a positive result will be recorded at the Theatre of Dreams. Cardiff are still conceding too many goals, and a fresh-looking home side may relish the opportunity to stake their claim for places ahead of next season. 3-1.
Spurs vs. Everton: It would not be a surprise to see Everton collect all three points when considering the circumstances heading into Sunday's match. However, we fancy the score draw this weekend, which both managers would probably take if it were offered ahead of kickoff. 2-2.

On top of the six aforementioned fixtures, there are four other matches taking place in the Premier League today.
Crystal Palace play host to Bournemouth, aiming to improve on what is a terrible home record. Both teams have had ups and down this term and will be looking to end the campaign on a high.
Newcastle travel to Fulham content with their campaign, having recovered from a poor start to climb up the division to their current standing of 14th - five places higher than their relegated opponents.
Southampton are another side to have achieved their aim of staying up, which for a while did not look as thought it would be possible. Huddersfield went down with a whimper, meanwhile, though they did at least give hope for the future by taking a point off Man United last time out.
Meanwhile, Watford will be looking to carry some momentum into next weekend's FA Cup final clash against Man City by taking three points off fellow mid-table side West Ham.

There is now less than 10 minutes to go until kickoff in the final round of matches of a thrilling 2018-19 Premier League campaign.
We have been treated to a thrilling title race right from the opening weekend of the campaign, while the battle for the top four has also contained plenty of spills and thrills.
It all comes to an end in the next couple of hours, and we will have all bases covered for you here at Sports Mole. Fingers crossed for some final-day drama!

Newcastle win a corner and it is controlled by Shelvey, who picks out the top corner of the net from the edge of the box. Superb strike from a player who has had a disappointing campaign.
Rico is unable to keep hold of Atsu's shot and Perez has a simple finish. What a fantastic end to the season the Spaniard is having.
There is a breakthrough goal in the game at Vicarage Road as Noble plays a one-two with Antonio and slams the ball past Foster with his left foot.
A brilliant campaign for Mane gets even better as he fires home from six yards after a dangerous cross into the box from Alexander-Arnold. As things stand Liverpool are going to win their first Premier League title!

There is a surprise result on the cards as Cardiff have taken the lead at Old Trafford through a Mendez-Laing penalty. The winger was brought down by Dalot in the box and dusted himself down to convert from 12 yards.
Zaha's cross deflects into the path of Batshuayi, who volleys into the back of the net with a fine finish. Palace are on course for a rare home win.

At Anfield, Salah volleys over the crossbar from the edge of the box. Klopp would like a second goal just so that he knows his half of the bargain is complete.
MAN CITY TAKE THE LEAD!!!
Laporte heads home the corner to put Man City ahead for the first time today. It was a simple header for the centre-back five yards from goal - arguably the biggest goal of his career so far if it proves to be the title-clincher.
Zaha carries the ball forward, shoots and sees his effort saved. However, it rebounds off Simpson and ends up in the back of the net. Bournemouth are heading for another proper thumping!
Lanzini doubles West Ham's tally. Antonio showed great strength to hold off a few defenders and get a shot away.
The ball came back off the crossbar but Lanzini converted the rebound to end an injury-hit campaign on a high.
Redmond cuts in from the left-hand side and sends a curling shot into the far corner of the net. There has already been some stunning strikes today - this being one of them.
Bournemouth pull one back just before half time at Selhurst Park through a 30-yard bullet from Lerma right into the top corner of the net. There is little to play for in South London but the fans are certainly being treated.

All 10 games are back underway. As things stand, Man City will be crowned Premier League champions.
Brighton will have something to say about that, of course, but you have to fancy the Citizens to see out the job from this point.
Zabaleta makes a mistake at the back and Deulofeu reacts quickest as he rounds Fabianski and slots the ball into an empty net. Game on at Vicarage Road!
Minutes after getting themselves back in the game through Deulofeu's goal, Watford defender Holebas is shown a red card for bringing down Antonio, who was through on goal.

Aubameyang reaches 30 goals for the season to give Arsenal a breakthrough goal at Turf Moor! Burnley defender Taylor slips and Aubameyang slots past Heaton to punish the hosts.
Pritchard is rewarded for his high press as Southampton keeper Gunn is dispossessed and the Town midfielder has a simple finish into an empty net.
Bournemouth were 3-0 down towards the end of the first half but they are now right back in the match as Ibe controls Smith's low pass and sends a deflected shot into the back of the net. Not as good as Lerma's strike but a goal all the same!
This is not exactly how Scott Parker pictured his first game in permanent charge going. Schar grabs a third goal for the Magpies with a simple header. Mawson looked to be the player at fault for that latest goal.

That should do it! Mahrez, left out of the starting lineup in the title run-in up to this point, cuts inside on his right and somehow beats Ryan with a shot that should have been dealt with. It was not in the corner - Ryan will be disappointed. Guardiola is delighted!
Aubameyang doubles his tally for the day and is right in contention for the Golden Boot, level with Liverpool forward Salah. The Gabon international cannot stop scoring!
Goalscoring full-back Van Aanholt kills off Bournemouth's comeback by rounding off a move that he started, with a helping hand from star man Zaha.
Barnes pulls one back for Burnley almost instantly as he heads the ball past Leno into the bottom corner. Arsenal have work to do if they are to end the domestic season with a win.
Former Arsenal man Walcott cuts inside after being picked out by Sigurdsson and sends his shot into the bottom corner. Spurs have been punished for a slow start to the second half.

Anderson's first-time strike hits the post and Arnautovic is on hand to convert the rebound to keep his strong end to the season going. West Ham should be home and dry against the 10-man hosts.
MAN CITY ON THE BRINK!
Gundogan sends a free kick over the wall and into the back of the net to give City some further breathing space. Brighton now require three goals if Liverpool are to win the title.
Keane meets Sigurdsson's corner, Lloris makes a fine save but Tosun bundles the ball over the line. Tottenham's poor league form looks set to continue.
There is no doubt about what the game of the day is in the Premier League! The seven goal at Selhurst Park is scored by King, who arrives at the back post to convert Mepham's flick-on.
Eriksen scores a fine free kick to get Tottenham on level terms just three minutes after they fell behind. Pochettino's men now have 15 minutes to find a winner.

Antonio is brought down in the box and Noble successfully converts the penalty to ensure that Pellegrini's men will end the season with a win. Watford have a week to pick themselves up ahead of the FA Cup final.
The goals continue to fly in at Selhurst Park as Zaha breaks past a couple of opposition men and sets up Townsend to do the rest.
LIVERPOOL SEE OFF WOLVES!
Alexander-Arnold sends in another delicious cross, which Mane is once again there to meet in the six-yard box. Liverpool are home and dry against Wolves but it will not matter in the grand scheme of things.

Mane, Salah and Aubameyang are now all level on 22 goals in the race for the Golden Boot! There are 10 minutes to go in the games involving those three players and you would fancy at least one of them to score again.

Man City are still 4-1 up at Brighton and Liverpool are two goals to the good at home to Wolves.
Newcastle have a fourth against Scott Parker's Fulham through Rondon's finish from a tight angle after initially being denied by Rico. Will that be the final Premier League goal of the season?
The Citizens trailed 1-0 but they hit back in style to give themselves some breathing space in the end, winning 4-1 on the south coast.
The final goal of the 2018-19 Premier League season is scored by Arsenal youngster Nketiah. It is the teenager's first top-flight goal and it ensures Arsenal will come away from Turf Moor with all three points.
