Striker Angelo Henriquez has admitted that he wants to give Wigan Athletic supporters "some good memories" during his time at the club.
The 18-year-old has arrived at the DW Stadium on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season and Henriquez has revealed that he wants to repeat the success that Old Trafford teammate Tom Cleverley had at the Latics during the 2010-11 season.
Henriquez told Sky Sports News: "I'm looking forward to my time here and hopefully I can be good for the team like Tom Cleverley was when he came here on loan.
"My job is to score goals for the team and hopefully I can give Wigan fans some good memories while I'm here.
"I'm hoping to get first-team appearances in the Premier League and coming to Wigan will be a very good way to do that, particularly with the style that the gaffer has got the team playing."
Henriquez made his Wigan debut during the club's 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in the FA Cup on Saturday.
