Florentino Perez: "No real urgency to sign new players"

Florentino Perez reveals that Real Madrid are in no rush to sign new players this summer.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has revealed that the club are in no rush to sign new players this summer.

The Champions League winners have been linked with a move for numerous players of late, including Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.

However, Perez told reporters: "We are not thinking about making a move for Aguero - at the moment.

"Right now, there is no real urgency to sign new players."

Aguero spent five years in the Spanish capital with Atletico Madrid, before moving to City in 2011.
