Yannick Bolasie: 'Crystal Palace looking to cause upset against Manchester City'

Yannick Bolasie believes that Crystal Palace are capable of causing an upset when they face Manchester City on Sunday.

Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie believes that his side are capable of beating Manchester City on Sunday.

The Eagles guaranteed Premier League safety with their 1-0 victory over West Ham United on Saturday afternoon, the club's fifth league win in a row.

Bolasie believes that the Palace fans will play a major role in unsettling title-chasing City when they travel to Selhurst Park.

"Man City at home next Saturday, playing at home, playing in front of our crowd, we're looking to create an upset hopefully," he told the Croydon Advertiser.

"People might think we might take our foot off the gas but that's not the case.

"Everyone was calm (after West Ham). There weren't any major celebrations and I think everyone is looking forward to playing Man City. They just about beat us at their place so we'll be looking forward to that with our crowd."

City recorded a 1-0 victory when the sides last met in December.
