Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has said that his aim is to win all four trophies this season, although he is keen to retain a sense of realism at the Etihad Stadium.
The Citizens are currently second in the Premier League, one point behind leaders Arsenal after 20 games, and have also reached the last four of the League Cup and knockout stages of the Champions League.
Pellegrini takes his team to Ewood Park for an FA Cup third-round tie against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
"I am not thinking about the four trophies, only about the next game," the Chilean told reporters. "It's very difficult, it's not easy to try to play in all the competitions at a high level because we play too often.
"I think that for us our target always is to win all the competitions. It's not easy and we have a lot of strong teams in all the competitions, but I think a big team with a winning mentality and an ambitious mentality should try at least to do it.
"It is not the moment to talk about it. We have to be realistic, we are only halfway through the season. We must win important things in the second half to be a successful season."
City take on West Ham United in the semi-finals of the League Cup and Barcelona in the last 16 in Europe.
