This year's PFA Players' Young Player of the Year award nominees have been dominated by British players, with five of the six up for the award capped by England or Wales.
Three of the six players also ply their trade for Merseyside clubs, with Ross Barkley of Everton joined by Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge from neighbours Liverpool.
"The quality of the Young Player nominations is a cause for real celebration," PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor told BT Sport.
"There are some extremely talented players coming through at the highest level of our domestic game and four of the six nominees already play for England, with Aaron Ramsey a stalwart of the Welsh national side."
