Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez is reportedly keen to sign Leeds United forward Kemar Roofe.
Roofe, 25, has scored 13 times in 18 Championship appearances for Leeds during the 2018-19 campaign.
Benitez is keen to sign a new striker during the January transfer window, and according to The Mirror, Roofe has been identified as a potential new arrival.
The Walsall-born attacker, who has a contract at Elland Road until the end of next season, joined Leeds from Oxford United in 2016.
Leeds are currently top of the Championship table, while Newcastle sit 15th in the Premier League table.
