Title challengers Istanbul Basaksehir and Adana Demirspor come face-to-face in one of the most highly-anticipated matches in this week's round of Turkish Super Lig fixtures.

Emre Belozoglu's side lead the Blue Lightnings by only a solitary point going into Monday's encounter at the Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium.

Alanyaspor vs. Trabzonspor (Monday, 5.00pm)

Alanyaspor will resume their domestic campaign on Monday in search of their first win this year when they host Trabzonspor in Turkish Super Lig action at Kirbiyik Holding Stadium.

The club from south-west Turkey were beaten 4-1 last Wednesday by Kasimpasa, dropping them down into ninth in the table, while Trabzonspor moved to within two points of a European qualifying place thanks to a 3-0 triumph over Giresunspor.

Aside from a rough outing at the end of 2022, Trabzonspor have been in fine form and consistently earning results, while Alanyaspor have been a little unpredictable, particularly along the backline, something the visitors should be able to exploit.

Istanbulspor vs. Gaziantep (Monday, 5.00pm)

Istanbulspor will hope to be in a position to move off the bottom of the Super Lig standings when they play host to Gaziantep on Monday.

At a time when the home side are five points adrift of safety, Gaziantep are two points above the bottom four and have the mid-table spots in their sights.

Although they recently got a win on the board, it remains to be seen how Istanbulspor will react to the manner of their latest defeat. As well as their next opponents holding a title challenger last time, we can only predict a hard-earned victory for the visitors.
