Preview: Fulham vs. Stoke City

Fulham host Stoke City at Craven Cottage on Saturday looking to create a cushion to the bottom three.

Fulham host Stoke City on Saturday with both sides aiming to get to the magic 40-point mark as quickly as possible.

Fulham were held to a stalemate by Norwich City two weekends ago after their unfortunate 1-0 loss to Manchester United, which has left them without a Premier League win in February.

Stoke won their first game of 2013 last time out, beating Reading 2-1 to move them on to 33 points.

For Martin Jol, Mahamadou Diarra remains sidelined and Eyong Enoh is not expected to be fit enough to make his debut. However, Sascha Riether should return at right-back.

Stoke have said that Brek Shea is unlikely to start the game, but could make an appearance at some point. Marc Wilson is edging towards fitness, but the Fulham game might be too soon for him.
