Fulham attacking midfielder Pajtim Kasami has urged the club's fans to get behind under-fire manager Martin Jol.
Jol alleviated some of the pressure on him with a 1-0 win over Stoke City last Saturday, and Kasami said that Jol's record at other clubs speaks for itself.
"I understand the frustration from the fans, but the manager doesn't deserve [the stick]," Kasami told the Fulham Chronicle.
"He's got great experience and he's coached at some top clubs. He gave me a lot of confidence and I've tried to repay him with my performances."
Fulham travel to Crystal Palace after the international break.
