Freiburg make a double swap ahead of their crunch meeting with Schalke 04, who make a triple change in the Bundesliga.

Freiburg manager Christian Streich has made a double swap to the side that beat Greuther Furth 2-1 last Saturday.

The fifth-placed side have withdrawn Daniel Coligiuri and Christian Gunter from the starting lineup in favour of Mensur Mujdza and Sebastian Kerk.

Schalke 04 boss Jens Keller is looking to consolidate a Champions League place by making a triple change to the team that lost at Stuttgart last weekend.

Christian Fuchs, Marco Hoger and Michel Bastos all make way for Saed Kolasinac, Julian Draxler and Roman Neustadter.

Freiburg XI: Baumann, Mujdza, Sorg, Ginter, Hohn, Makiadi, Schmid, Schuster, Kerk, Rosenthal, Kruse

Schalke XI: Hildebrand, Howedes, Uchida, Matip, Kolasinac, Jones, Farfan, Araujo, Draxler, Neustadter, Huntelaar
