Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has revealed that he and his teammates are enjoying working under Marco Silva.
The Toffees opted to replace Sam Allardyce with Silva during the summer, and the Portuguese has registered five points from his opening three fixtures in the Premier League.
Pickford feels that the squad are adapting to life under Silva, although the England international has suggested that work must be done on trying to see out matches.
The 24-year-old told the club's official website: "The way the gaffer sets us up works really well.
"It's new and fresh but everyone is buying into it. It's really good and we're enjoying it. We get to play out from the back and it is about managing the game."
Everton face Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town in the EFL Cup and Premier League respectively this week.
